“I returned to the boat basin to catch this image, this time from Cameron Island. The Ocean Pearl stood out for me on this day with its deck loaded with crab traps and ready for another ocean adventure. I wanted to capture the motion of the scene around this with a loose line that ties the composition together. I love the way the colours of the harbour seemed to wrap around the ship’s matte black hull.”
