The Departures* series is the follow-up to my 2018 post-retirement debut show entitled, Desirement*.  Departures* is currently installed at The Fernwood Inn in Victoria through July 7th.  The works represented in this series are a bit of a departure for me in that I am moving myself in different directions as an artist and am exploring new media and subjects. Departures* is also dedicated to my mom, who passed away just recently. My mother was such an amazing human being who did so much to support my transition to the west coast and my career as an artist and educator.
