“This triptych is a piece that was originally shown as part of the Windows 2000 Show on Gabriola Island in 2007. The three images under glass represent my entry into the world as well as loss, struggle, and re-birth. The pastel and placement of objects under glass capture these moments in time. The metaphor of a window has been a recurring theme for me as an artist.”
