“Inspired by our first 2013 trip to New York City, “Manhattan Skyline” is a significant work for me as an artist. It is reflective of my emerging abstract expressionist style and technique. This work illustrates the use of a broad palette of media including the first use of resin. The energy from the arts in this amazing city and the chance to represent this urban landscape is the inspiration for this piece.”
