“Desirement* is a Collaboration* piece created at The Desirement* Show in Vancouver, October 12-14, 2018. This In Collaboration was yet another wonderful opportunity paint with others. As I have shared as an arts educator for nearly 25 years, too often we are afraid to express ourselves and are fearful of using paint to do so. It is so satisfying to me to have this conversation with individuals who say, “I can’t paint!” and “I’m not artistic!” when the reality is that we are all capable of expressing our creative selves…that expression is what makes us human!”
